We currently ship to the United Kingdom, European Union + Turkey, Canada and all United States (USA). Other countries will be added in due course. 

Shipping prices will be automatically calculated at checkout. Shipping times will vary depending on your location. UK items with FREE shipping will usually deliver within 2-3days. 

Unfortunately we cannot currently offer a next day, Saturday and Sunday delivery service to Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands. Please note during busy periods and over bank holiday weekends Saturday, Sunday and next day delivery methods will be made temporarily unavailable.

International shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times for international shipping may be longer and vary based on destination.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. JoBern is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

You may return products shipped directly from us within 14 days of the original purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will make exceptions for exceptional circumstances of opened items. 

Please note, You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Please email us with intentions to return your item, and we shall send you an address for return.

Please note: we only offer refunds on unopened or manufacturer fault products shipped directly from us.

To process a refund, please email us your order number and items you would like returned. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. Within 3-7 working days, we will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, please allow up to 8 days for the refund to be processed to the original method of payment.

Once you have confirmed your order on the site, you will receive two emails.

1) The first confirms that your order has been received; this is also your receipt.

2) The second email is sent as soon as your order has been dispatched, accompanied by detailed delivery information and the tracking number for your order.

JoBern products are not pharmaceuticals and not intended to treat, cure or diagnose any disease or condition. Please consult a doctor about any health issues.

We use only natural ingredients for our products, which is good news for you and the environment.

Our products are for all skin types.
